Kimochis

Kimochis (Japanese for feelings) is a Social and Emotional Literacy (SEL) Program for primary school aged children. The program focuses on:

• recognising and managing emotions,
• demonstrating care and concern for others,
• establishing positive relationships,
• making responsible decisions and;
• handling challenging situations constructively.
