How To Enrol
We understand that filling in forms is not the highlight of everyone’s day, but as a licensed Child Care Provider, we require all guardian’s child(ren) accessing our services to complete the mandatory enrolment form prior to their child attending the service. The current school OSHC enrolment cannot rollover to us. This enrolment form is a legal requirement for After The Bell Aus to accept children into our care and gives After The Bell Aus Educators all the necessary information so we can provide the best care for each child entering our doors. Enrolling your child(ren) before the 24th of December 2024 is vital when accessing our service and Child Care Subsidy to support the cost of the care to you.

When to Enrol
Families are required to enrol online or via using the link below. If you are having trouble in accessing the link please call us on 9758 6744 or email bookings@afterthebell.com.au . We ask families to not wait to the last minute to enrol. As the first stage of the enrolment process can take up to 5 business days to process. Once this step had been actioned by the guardian After The Bell Aus can approve your child’s enrolment form and booking into care can commence for 2025. Any enrolment that required more consideration such as medical conditions, requires additional processing time. Please note- OSHC bookings with the previous school OSHC will not rollover to After The Bell Aus, hence the importance to enrol on time to allow you time to place your bookings.
